- The driver and management have the right to deny a passenger from boarding the shuttle at any time.
- Jamul Casino® and the shuttle company are not responsible for any vehicles left unattended at the designated pick-up locations.
- Jamul Casino® and the shuttle company will not be responsible for providing alternative transportation to anyone who misses scheduled departure times or for full shuttles.
